KDM established the magnetic material R&D Centre in 2003, then established the Huzhou magnetic material research institute in 2006. It cooperates with Zhejiang University, Shanghai University, China Jiling University and other institutions to do the research and development of new soft magnetic materials.

       The laboratory have succeeded in the research of Iron Powder Cores, Neu Flux Cores, Sendust Cores, High Flux Cores and Si-Fe Cores, they are all in mass production now and get 21 national patents, 4 national key new products.

       Based on above achievements, the laboratory was awarded provincial R&D Centre by the nation in 2008. The laboratory will use its solid technology reserve to research new magnetic materials which own can compete internationally，This makes KDM the a professional leading manufacturer that produces and research high quality magnetic powder cores. This sets a new standard to the China’s magnetic materials industry.
